My dear friend is not only an accomplished artist but also a wonderfully insightful and intuitive therapist. The following is a little about Kathy’s specialties in her own words:

One focus of my Private Practice is exploring the individuals’ unique creativity and their spirituality, in order to help them become more whole and integrated at all levels of their Being. As part of this work I have taught many clients various stress reducing and centering techniques like breath work, meditation, mindfulness, EFT/Tapping, and guided imagery. I’m also a Certified Tarotpy Practitioner where I use the rich symbolism of Tarot, Dream cards, and other imagery systems in an interactive process with clients. This has been successful in healing all kinds of issues.
Being a Professional Artist before becoming a therapist, I have a unique way of approaching psychotherapy, which allows me to address all aspects of my clients Being: Mind, Body, Emotions and Soul.
